4. Return Shipping

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:


  • Your refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment provider

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different item or color, please return your original order and place a new one.

9. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or modified before shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process.
